Returns: Based on Orlari's confidence in its products, you can request a no-reason return within 30 days of receipt and receive a full refund (including original shipping costs); however, you will be responsible for return shipping costs.
Return Processing: 1-3 business days; please email service@orlari.com in advance to request return approval (returns without approval will not be processed).
Exchanges: For non-human-caused damage, you can exchange the item free of charge within 90 days of receipt (you can exchange for the same or a different style), and we will cover all shipping costs.
